KrugerParkPackages.com is an independent Tour Operator specializing in small group tours to the Kruger National Park. The majority of our client/s are international travellers and these safari tours are sold via our website.
We arrange overland transfers to the game reserve by microbus, safaris with experienced and qualified guides, accommodation and meals. Our reservation teams assists our client/s to choose the suitable tours and discuss prices.
International visitors expect a secure Method of Payment and we believe an online card facility will be acceptable to our client/s.
2. Use of Site
You may only use this site to browse the content, make legitimate purchases and shall not use this site for any other purposes, including without limitation, to make any speculative, false or fraudulent purchase.

3. Payment Options and Pricing
All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR).
The cost of the safari tour will include a basic tour price plus conservation fees, levies and VAT at 15%. No further taxes are due by the client/s.
VAT cannot be claimed back on departure from South Africa.
KrugerParkPackages.com reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

5. Refunds / Returns Policy
Should you for any reason wish to cancel your purchase you must advise us in writing of your cancellation.
Details will then be sent to our Accounts Department for assessment and arrangement for any refund due to you, the client.

Payfast will maintain Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance and as such Payfast is responsible for securely storing, processing and transmitting card data to the PCI compliance standard.
